RAMIRENT ACQUIRES EQUIPMENT RENTAL COMPANY IN SWEDEN

Ramirent has signed an agreement to acquire Sweden-based equipment rental company Consensus Entreprenad AB, which is specialised in the rental of customised modules. The company has annual net sales of about EUR 2.8 million and has eight employees.

Consensus Entreprenad AB was founded in 1993 and has specialised in the rental of mobile and customised modules. The company operates one outlet in Karlskoga and is a leading company in its local market and among industrial customers also in other parts of Sweden.
