International visibility for Ramirent
RAMIRENT TO SPONSOR 2012 EUROPEAN ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS

Ramirent Plc has signed an agreement with the 2012 European Athletics Championships, according to which Ramirent will have exclusive rights to provide rental equipment to the event which is held in Helsinki, Finland.

Ramirent will deliver, for example, scaffolding, modules, containers, fences, lifts and power to the event held at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium on 27 June – 1 July 2012. Ramirent is the ninth official main partner of the championships. “Ramirent is an excellent partner for the European Athletics Championships. As a leading company in its field in Europe, Ramirent is a perfect addition to our group of main partners,” said Jari Töykkä, Marketing Director of the 2012 Helsinki European Athletics Championships.

This international event will provide a great deal of positive visibility for Ramirent, also through the extensive television broadcasting of the Championships in all Ramirent countries.

According to Ramirent’s Franciska Janzon, Director, Corporate Communications and Branding, the decision to sponsor the European Athletics Championships was based on the Group’s sponsoring principles and the Ramirent values of open, progressive and engaged. “We work with events that support our brand values and our dynamic way of serving our customers. All countries in which Ramirent has operations are represented at the event.
