RAMIRENT PLC COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 29 MARCH 2010 RAMIRENT PLC'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS' ORGANISATIONAL MEETING Ramirent Plc's Board of Directors held its organisational meeting on March 29, 2010. In the meeting the Board elected from among its members Peter Hofvenstam as its Chairman and Susanna Renlund as Vice Chairman. In the meeting the Board also decided on the composition of the Working Committee, to which among other, the duties of an audit committee are assigned. Peter Hofvenstam, Kaj-Gustaf Bergh and Susanna Renlund were elected members and Peter Hofvenstam was elected Chairman of the Working Committee. The Board considered this composition to be suitable taken into account the overall duties of the Working Committee and that the working Committee only prepares matters for the Board's decision-making.
