(Econ.), has been appointed Ramirent Plc's new Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Ramirent Group Management Team as of 16 November 2009. Jonas Söderkvist has worked as interim CFO for Ramirent since 19 August 2009 and was selected among the candidates in the executive search to become Ramirent's new CFO. He will take responsibility for corporate control and accounting, treasury, corporate IT, mergers and acquisitions. He joins Ramirent from Nordstjernan, where he held the position as Investment Manager. “His background as a financial analyst and his experience in following the equipment rental market and especially Ramirent during the past 5 years has equipped Jonas well to assume the position as CFO at Ramirent.
