If you notice any suspicious activities or potential security breaches, please report them immediately. Your vigilance helps us protect our systems and data, ensuring a secure environment for everyone. We take all reports seriously and act promptly to address any concerns.
Security of our services is important, for us and for you. We take it seriously.
If you have a cyber security issue to report, e.g. if you have discovered a vulnerability in our services / products or otherwise have a cyber security incident to report, we encourage you to submit a report to our security team. Please send an email describing the issue to security-contact@ramirent.com.
You are welcome to report anonymously or to leave your contact information.
We may contact you for clarifications / additional information. We will respond to reporters as soon as we can to fix legitimate reports. We will acknowledge your report, begin investigating the issue and will work to correct any vulnerabilities quickly.
If you so wish, we can publicly list your contribution. Your input is valued.
