Ramirent has signed an agreement to divest its Danish equipment rental business to G.S.V. Materieludlejning A/S, Denmark’s largest equipment rental company. The enterprise value of the transaction is approximately EUR 33 million. The closing is expected to take place in the beginning of 2019 and is subject to customary closing conditions and approval of competition authorities.
