Ramirent Plc is announcing the following changes in its Executive Management Team.

Jonas Söderkvist has been appointed Executive Vice President, Group Business Development as of September 1st, 2018. In this newly formed position Söderkvist will be responsible for Group Strategy, M&A, New Business Development, IT and Digitalization. Söderkvist currently serves Ramirent as EVP of Sweden and Denmark.

Erik Bengtsson has been appointed Executive Vice President, Sweden & Denmark, Group Fleet and Sourcing as of September 1st, 2018. He has been a member of Ramirent Board of Directors since 2017 and he leaves the board in the end of August 2018. Erik Bengtsson has a strong track record in equipment rental industry. He has worked in several managerial positions in Cramo Group between 2005 and 2015, most recently as Executive Vice President, Scandinavia.

Current EVP of Group Fleet & Sourcing Dino Leistenschneider will report to Erik continuing as Head of Group Fleet & Sourcing.
