Ramirent signs Letter of Intent with Hartela for outsourcing of equipment and a cooperation agreement in Finland

Ramirent has signed a Letter of Intent with Hartela Oy, Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela and Hartela-Forum Oy:n for the outsourcing of equipment, machinery operations and personnel to Ramirent Finland Oy. In addition, the companies have an intention to sign a co-operation agreement whereby Ramirent would rent equipment and provide rental related services to Hartela.
Contract negotiations and negotiations for the re-organisation of Hartela’s operations have started. The aim is to sign the final agreement and start the co-operation by the end of November 2015.
